On its tenth anniversary, Cobratex, driven by growing demand, is launching the first phases of its industrialisation; an important step in the life of our company. As part of this strategic development, we need to consolidate the operational side by recruiting the best profiles in the short and medium term.
YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO :
• Develop and optimise Cobratex production processes.
• Develop and optimise Cobratex reinforcements.
• Carry out and commission R&D activities in the design of custom machines and process development (studies, simulations, tests, etc.).
• Manufacture and commission systems for the internal production tool (specification, acceptance, characterisation, etc.).
• Standardise and formalise design and production rules.
COMPÉTENCES ET CONNAISSANCES REQUISES POUR CE POSTE
• Expertise in material transformation technologies and processes (machining, bending, cutting…), particularly plant-based (woodworking or other).
• Significant level in the design of custom machines (mechanics, test benches and/or complete machines) in the context of precision mechanics or even robotics.
• Expertise in material science and mechanical engineering (solid deformable mechanics, static, vibration…).
• Very good level in industrial project management..
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
• Electrotechnical design of custom machines (proof of feasibility, test benches and/or complete machines) in the context of precision mechanics or even robotics.
• Power in the order of KW; three-phase power supply 400V, 230V AC and 28V DC.
• Design, C/C++/C# development.
• Microcontroller development (16 bits), PC application development.
• Very good level in industrial project management.
